Day-to-day life in Palmyra, PA

Random thought, I'm retired and It's a a small town city with about 7,769 people. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

Used to live on the West side, now on the The Heights side. Completely different vibe. it's improved dramatically in recent years.
