Best kept secrets of Palo Alto, CA

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I grew up here but left for a while. With a population of 67,231, Palo Alto is a smaller city. It's a a smaller city city with about 67,231 people. The median home value here is around $2,000,001, which is pretty steep. Rent is about $3,328/month for a decent place. The suburbs are where most families end up. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Am I wrong here?

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are better than expected, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

My experience has been mostly positive. it exceeded my expectations. The only thing I'd watch out for is safety. Other than that, Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
