Hello, Been living here since 2013. With a population of 8,797, Paloma Creek South is a small town. Poverty rate is 0.4%, which is pretty low. The median home value here is around $342,800, which seems about average. Average temperature is around 65--F, so the weather is moderate. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The suburbs are where most families end up. Any help is appreciated. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The city has invested a lot in new development.
