Not sure if this has been asked before, but Median household income is $247,500, which feels pretty solid for the area. Crime rate is something to consider -Palos Verdes Estates sits at 29.9 per 100K. Homes are going for about $2,000,001 on average. Property taxes are high but you get good services. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Should I be concerned? It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
