So, I'm single, late 40s, and It's a a small town city with about 18,493 people. Rent is about $1,737/month for a decent place. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Would love some local perspective. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The weather takes some getting used to.
