Thinking about relocating to Panama City Beach from Orlando

Alright, I'm a 24-year-old contractor and It's a a small town city with about 18,493 people. With a population of 18,493, Panama City Beach is a small town. Used to live on the Uptown side, now on the Pine Hills side. Completely different vibe. it's exactly what I was looking for.
