Things Panthersville needs to improve

Curious what people think. I'm originally from Los Angeles and With a population of 8,840, Panthersville is a small town. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Worth the trade-offs? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 4 years ago from Pittsburgh and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Lots of new construction which should help. We're paying /mo for a 4-bed in Cedar Grove. It's excellent for what you get.

Jobs: The market is established right now, especially in healthcare. If you're in real estate you might struggle.

People: Generally average. It took about 5 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: surprisingly good. Tons of options if you like seafood.

Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..

Public transit is average here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it's been a really good experience overall.
