Random thought, Been living here since 2014. Homes are going for about $470,000 on average. Rent is about $1,852/month for a decent place. Household incomes average around $117,094 in Paoli. Crime rate is something to consider -Paoli sits at 266.2 per 100K. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. What would you do? Thanks for reading. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
