Longtime lurker here, Poverty rate is 2.9%, which is pretty low. The median home value here is around $290,900, which seems about average. The suburbs are where most families end up. What neighborhoods would you suggest? The food scene here is surprisingly good. The weather takes some getting used to. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
