Planning a move to Papillion -neighborhoods?

Hi all, Median household income is $109,602, which feels pretty solid for the area. The suburbs are where most families end up. What do you all think? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 1-bedroom. it exceeded my expectations. Compared to Miami it's better than expected.
