Thinking about relocating to Parachute from Orlando

Alright, Household incomes average around $58,910 in Parachute. You can expect to pay around $1,050 for rent here. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Any advice would be great. TIA!

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is walkability. the quality of life is solid. Worth doing your research before committing.
