Best apartments in Paradise Hills under ?

Hi all, With a population of 4,662, Paradise Hills is a small town. Homes are going for about $241,300 on average. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Would love some local perspective. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem hit or miss.

I've been here 7 years and it's not perfect but it works for me. The thing nobody mentions is dating scene. It's established and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the housing market is legit. And if you're into camping, this place is underrated.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Riverside side vs the East side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.
