Paradise is underrated, change my mind

Born and raised here. The unemployment rate is 6.2%, which is concerning. Rent is about $1,287/month for a decent place. With a population of 186K, Paradise is a mid-size city. Crime rate is something to consider — Paradise sits at 164.9 per 100K. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Am I overthinking this? The food scene here is surprisingly good. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
