Best kept secrets of Paradise Valley, AZ

Been meaning to ask this. I grew up here but left for a while. Median household income is $236,250, which feels pretty solid for the area. You can expect to pay around $3,501 for rent here. Poverty rate is 3.5%, which is pretty low. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Has anyone dealt with this? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
