I'm single, late 30s, and Average temperature is around 60--F, so the weather is moderate. Homes are going for about $175,400 on average. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Is this normal for Paragould? I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
