Is Paramount a good place to live?
Hi all, I grew up here but left for a while. You can expect to pay around $1,772 for rent here. Average temperature is around 65--F, so the weather is moderate. The median home value here is around $500,400, which is pretty steep. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The food scene here is surprisingly good. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
