Moving to Paramount for work -advice?

Longtime lurker here, Military spouse here. Average temperature is around 65--F, so the weather is moderate. The unemployment rate is 3.7%, which is pretty low. Household incomes average around $70,912 in Paramount. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Am I overthinking this? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The food scene here is excellent. Tons of great Vietnamese places. it exceeded my expectations.

My experience has been mostly positive. I love the pace of life here. The only thing I'd watch out for is walkability. Other than that, No regrets on my end..
