Hello, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and The median home value here is around $97,900, which is actually reasonable. Property taxes are high but you get good services. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Is this normal for Parcelas Viejas Borinquen comunidad? Thanks for reading. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want community vibe, then yeah this place is great. But if pet-friendliness matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem average.

I've been here 4 years and I genuinely enjoy living here. The thing nobody mentions is school system. It's stable and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the walkability is legit. And if you're into biking, this place is decent.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Eastside side vs the Oak Park side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.
