Not sure if this has been asked before, but It's a a small town city with about 8,154 people. The weather takes some getting used to. Property taxes are high but you get good services. What do you all think? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
