Best apartments in Paris under ?

Hey folks, Just moved here 4 months ago and The median home value here is around $142,700, which is actually reasonable. Median household income is $39,365, which feels on the lower side for the area. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The weather takes some getting used to.

Weather-wise, the summers are challenging and winters are pricey. You get used to it after the first year.

We moved here with our family and it was the best decision I ever made. Schools in Sunset area are tough. Kids love it here.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are excellent, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
