Been meaning to ask this. I work in government and Poverty rate is 19.9%, which is higher than I expected. The median home value here is around $142,700, which is actually reasonable. The suburbs are where most families end up. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Thoughts? Any help is appreciated. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
