Best hidden gems in Paris

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I relocated for work and Median household income is $45,439, which feels on the lower side for the area. Rent is about $903/month for a decent place. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The weather takes some getting used to. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Weather-wise, the summers are surprisingly good and winters are growing. You get used to it after the first year.

Hot take but I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. I know a lot of people disagree but after 2 years here, that's my honest assessment.
