Is Park City worth it salary-wise?

Hi all, Military spouse here. With a population of 7,726, Park City is a small town. The food scene here is surprisingly good. What neighborhoods would you suggest? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
