Hi all, We're a young couple and Median household income is $140,875, which feels pretty solid for the area. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Should I be concerned? TIA! It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
