Median household income is $63,450, which feels about average for the area. The unemployment rate is 1.0%, which is pretty low. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

- Low crime in most areas
- Diverse community
- Low taxes
- Walkable downtown

- Hot summers
- Lack of diversity

Used to live on the Cedar Grove side, now on the Meadowbrook side. Completely different vibe. it's not perfect but it works for me.

Public transit is improving here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it's exactly what I was looking for.
