Thinking about relocating to Park Ridge from Denver

Been meaning to ask this. I work in automotive and Poverty rate is 2.1%, which is pretty low. Rent is about $1,511/month for a decent place. You can expect to pay around $1,511 for rent here. Homes are going for about $539,300 on average. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Am I wrong here? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The city has invested a lot in new development. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem hit or miss.

I've been here 14 years and there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The thing nobody mentions is weather. It's wild and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the dating scene is legit. And if you're into skiing, this place is surprisingly good.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Cedar Grove side vs the Westside side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Give it a chance - it might surprise you..

I work in finance here and I genuinely enjoy living here. The job market for my field is excellent. Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..
