Just moved to Parker, any tips?
Not sure if this has been asked before, but The unemployment rate is 2.3%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 50--F, so expect cold winters. Poverty rate is 2.4%, which is pretty low. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Am I overthinking this? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The suburbs are where most families end up. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
