Just moved to Parker, any tips?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but The unemployment rate is 2.3%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 50--F, so expect cold winters. Poverty rate is 2.4%, which is pretty low. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Am I overthinking this? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The suburbs are where most families end up. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want community vibe, then yeah this place is great. But if cost of living matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
