Anyone else feel this way? Household incomes average around $129,342 in Parker. The median home value here is around $613,200, which is pretty steep. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. What do you all think? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem challenging.

I've been here 15 years and it was the best decision I ever made. The thing nobody mentions is public transit. It's competitive and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the pet-friendliness is legit. And if you're into running, this place is excellent.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Maple Ridge side vs the Greenfield side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

It's not for everyone but it works for us..

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, the quality of life is solid. Would recommend to anyone considering it..

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is community vibe. I love the pace of life here. Worth doing your research before committing.
