Planning a move to Parker -neighborhoods?

Anyone else feel this way? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Should I be concerned?

I'm a physical therapist and I've found I genuinely enjoy living here. The community is tough and there's always something going on.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem underrated.

I've been here 3 years and the quality of life is solid. The thing nobody mentions is walkability. It's reasonable and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the walkability is legit. And if you're into rock climbing, this place is pretty good.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Oak Park side vs the Old Town side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

No regrets on my end..

As someone who grew up here, I have mixed feelings honestly. A lot has changed in the past few years though. food scene used to be much competitive but now it's surprisingly good.

I've been living here for 7 years and I'd say I have mixed feelings honestly. The cultural scene is pretty good compared to other places I've lived. Overall Definitely worth checking out..

Public transit is pretty good here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it's not perfect but it works for me.

The food scene here is improving. Tons of great Vietnamese places. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now.
