Should I move to Parkersburg or stay in St. Louis?

First post here. I work in tech and Poverty rate is 19.0%, which is higher than I expected. Median household income is $44,675, which feels on the lower side for the area. Average temperature is around 55--F, so expect cold winters. Homes are going for about $113,900 on average. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. What would you do? Property taxes are high but you get good services. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
