First post here. I work in tech and Poverty rate is 19.0%, which is higher than I expected. Median household income is $44,675, which feels on the lower side for the area. Average temperature is around 55--F, so expect cold winters. Homes are going for about $113,900 on average. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. What would you do? Property taxes are high but you get good services. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
