Hey, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Poverty rate is 3.5%, which is pretty low. Crime rate is something to consider -Parkland sits at 25.5 per 100K. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Does this match your experience? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
