Rent in Parkland getting crazy
Hello, I'm a teacher here and You can expect to pay around $1,593 for rent here. Poverty rate is 9.0%, which is pretty low. It's a a smaller city city with about 39,174 people. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Any advice would be great. Thanks in advance! The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The suburbs are where most families end up. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
