What to expect moving to Parole?

Hi all, I'm single, late 20s, and With a population of 17,910, Parole is a small town. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Property taxes are high but you get good services.

Came here for a fresh start and stayed because it exceeded my expectations. The cost of living is honestly underrated and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Happy to answer more specific questions..
