Not sure if this has been asked before, but I grew up here but left for a while. Homes are going for about $299,800 on average. Rent is about $997/month for a decent place. With a population of 3,095, Parowan is a small town. Average temperature is around 37--F, so bundle up in winter. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Any advice would be great. Appreciate any input. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
