Hey everyone, I work in construction and Rent is about $1,732/month for a decent place. Median household income is $102,152, which feels pretty solid for the area. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. What do you all think?
