We're a young couple and Homes are going for about $70,300 on average. Household incomes average around $50,838 in Parsons. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 7 years ago from San Francisco and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: The market is competitive but not impossible. We're paying /mo for a 3-bed in Uptown. It's solid for what you get.

Jobs: The market is manageable right now, especially in healthcare. If you're in marketing you might struggle.

People: Generally improving. It took about 7 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: tough. Tons of options if you like Korean.

No regrets on my end..

The food scene here is average. Tons of great Vietnamese places. it was the best decision I ever made.
