Cheapest neighborhoods in Pasadena?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but Been living here since 2016. With a population of 136K, Pasadena is a mid-size city. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Let me know your thoughts. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

Public transit is challenging here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it's not perfect but it works for me.
