I'm a college student here and Poverty rate is 7.9%, which is pretty low. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The food scene here is surprisingly good. What neighborhoods would you suggest? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The weather takes some getting used to. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
