Hello, Just moved here 9 months ago and Average temperature is around 62°F, so the weather is moderate. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Has anyone dealt with this? Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's changing fast — some good, some not so much.
