I'm a 46-year-old accountant and Poverty rate is 3.8%, which is pretty low. The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. What would you do? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, it's not perfect but it works for me. Feel free to reach out with questions..

Public transit is excellent here. You'll probably need a car for most things. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad.

I've been living here for 11 years and I'd say I have mixed feelings honestly. The healthcare is pretty good compared to other places I've lived. Overall No regrets on my end..
