Biggest downsides of living in Pasadena?

Random thought, My partner and I are With a population of 32,717, Pasadena is a smaller city. It's a a smaller city city with about 32,717 people. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The suburbs are where most families end up. Would love some local perspective. Any help is appreciated. The food scene here is surprisingly good. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The suburbs are where most families end up.

I've lived in Riverside for about 9 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it's been a really good experience overall. When I first moved here from Tampa, I was surprised by traffic. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Affordable housing options
- Diverse dining options
- The nightlife scene is excellent

The downsides:
- Not very walkable outside downtown
- Bugs and humidity in summer

Overall I'd rate it 9/10 for remote workers. It's not for everyone but it works for us..
