Longtime lurker here, I've been here for 15 years and Household incomes average around $64,270 in Pasadena. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Is this normal for Pasadena? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The city has invested a lot in new development. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
