Longtime lurker here, Average temperature is around 72°F, so it's warm year-round. Rent is about $1,201/month for a decent place. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The city has invested a lot in new development. Am I wrong here? It's changing fast — some good, some not so much. The suburbs are where most families end up. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The suburbs are where most families end up.
