Pasadena is underrated, change my mind

Hey, It's a a mid-size city city with about 149K people. Rent is about $1,201/month for a decent place. Poverty rate is 14.7%, which is around average. With a population of 149K, Pasadena is a mid-size city. The weather takes some getting used to. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Has anyone dealt with this? The suburbs are where most families end up. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The weather takes some getting used to. The city has invested a lot in new development. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The suburbs are where most families end up. The weather takes some getting used to.

As someone who grew up here, I'm still on the fence after all this time. A lot has changed in the past few years though. food scene used to be much affordable but now it's hit or miss.
