Should I move to Pascagoula or stay in Salt Lake City?
So, I'm a college student here and Household incomes average around $43,286 in Pascagoula. Homes are going for about $132,500 on average. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

I've lived in Uptown for about 5 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.
there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. When I first moved here from Houston, I was surprised by traffic. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.
A few things worth knowing:
- Growing food and restaurant scene
- Decent public transit for the size
- The cultural scene scene is better than expected
The downsides:
- Not very walkable outside downtown
- Property taxes are high
Overall I'd rate it 7/10 for families. No regrets on my end..
