Anyone else feel this way? I've been here for 17 years and With a population of 78,446, Pasco is a smaller city. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Am I wrong here?

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 11 years ago from Raleigh and here's my honest breakdown:
Housing: If you look outside the main areas you can find deals. We're paying /mo for a 2-bed in Meadowbrook. It's underrated for what you get.
Jobs: The market is affordable right now, especially in consulting. If you're in government you might struggle.
People: Generally hit or miss. It took about 6 months to build a solid friend group.
Food: underrated. Tons of options if you like craft beer.
Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..
