Grocery stores in Pasco -recommendations?

Hey everyone, Homes are going for about $344,700 on average. Household incomes average around $81,130 in Pasco. The unemployment rate is 3.5%, which is pretty low. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The suburbs are where most families end up. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Should I be concerned? It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Bought a house here in 2016 and I'm still on the fence after all this time. Property values have gone up a bit since then.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 3-bedroom. it exceeded my expectations. Compared to Tampa it's solid.

Used to live on the Eastside side, now on the Pine Hills side. Completely different vibe. it's been a really good experience overall.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem improving.

I've been here 3 years and it's improved dramatically in recent years. The thing nobody mentions is community vibe. It's growing and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the pet-friendliness is legit. And if you're into running, this place is solid.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Old Town side vs the Eastside side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

It's not for everyone but it works for us..
