Alright, Been living here since 2010. The median home value here is around $344,700, which seems about average. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Let me know your thoughts. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The suburbs are where most families end up. Hot take but I genuinely enjoy living here. I know a lot of people disagree but after 6 years here, that's my honest assessment.

As someone who grew up here, I'm still on the fence after all this time. A lot has changed in the past few years though. food scene used to be much reasonable but now it's surprisingly good.
