Moving to Pasco with kids -good idea?

I grew up here but left for a while. Household incomes average around $81,130 in Pasco. It's a a smaller city city with about 78,446 people. Rent is about $1,201/month for a decent place. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Let me know your thoughts. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
