Pros and cons of Pasco after 9 years

Hey folks, I'm a 47-year-old nurse and Rent is about $1,201/month for a decent place. Household incomes average around $81,130 in Pasco. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The city has invested a lot in new development. What do you all think? It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The weather takes some getting used to. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
